**Information on the role**
- Read and understand fabrication drawings
- Supervise refurbishment, extension, loft conversion, and new build projects
- Monitoring and co-ordinating on-site activities
- Liaise with clients’ representatives regularly
- Lead a small on-site team and both take and give clear instruction
- Execute works yourself on-site when required

**What we’d like from you**
- **Proven Site Management/Foreman Experience**:

- Experience in new build, loft conversions, extensions, and refurbishment
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Self-motivated personality
- Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
- Organisation and time management skills
- SMSTS Qualified
