Marketing Apprentice

We are seeking three digital marketing apprentices to work with us on a range of marketing projects, from business development and employer engagement to lead generation strategies for recruiting new learners onto our commercial provision.

This is will be a varied role with lots of ongoing support and mentoring throughout your training and employment. Generous performance related bonus schemes are offered to supplement your pay alongisde regular reviews and appraisals to discuss your salary and development needs.

Your will undergo apprenticeship training in digitsal marketing and upon completion will be fully qualified as a digital marketing professional. From day to day you will find yourself involved in the following:

- Creating lead generation adverts through social media channels
- Learning to write copy (text in adverts) in a way that is effective
- Creation of landing pages, working on websites and more
- Automation systems for interacting with potential leads as they come through
- Regular team meetings to plan marketing campaigns and monitor performance
- Setting goals, managing KPI's, setting up performance tracking on adverts, market research and much more.
