**Customer Service Advisor**:
**Hybrid; when you have to go to site for team meetings or training, you’ll be based at the Sheffield Contact Centre.**

**12-month contract with the potential to go permanent.**

Working as a Customer Service Advisor in our Customers For Life Team, you’ll use your excellent customer service skills to step in and support our customers through their journey with Currys. You'll take ownership and make improvements that will ensure their experience with us is clearer, simpler and faster for them.

You’ll support, guide and interact with our customers through Webchat, SMS and on the phone placing them at the heart of every decision.

**As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Delivering an excellent customer service that exceeds our customers' expectations
- Taking ownership and responsibility for queries, providing “right first time” resolutions to minimise repeat queries.
- Meeting call quality standards in order to contribute to the overall level of customer satisfaction
- Identifying the root cause for customer pain points

**You will need**:

- Great verbal and written communication skills with a confident, friendly approach
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- To work allocated shifts between Monday-Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 10am-5pm with 1 in 5 weekends and 1 in 5 late shifts.
