**THE COMPANY**:
A construction consultancy with offices based in Central London are looking for an HR Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
**THE ROLE**:
The HR Manager’s duties will include:
- Managing employee relations issues
- Actively manage the company’s continuous L&D programme
- Developing policies and procedures
- Lead annual personal development appraisal programmes for staff
- Manage the recruitment strategy and processes
- Support effective employee wellbeing practices
**THE PERSON**:
- Previous experience working as an HR Manager within professional services
- Experience with line management of employees
- Previous experience within Learning & Development
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong level of influence and negotiation skills
- Able to work with confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
- Self motivated with strong levels of initiative
