Walters People have partnered with a leading, well recognised business based in the heart of London who are looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis. You will report directly into the Credit Manager and play a pivotal role in the team, assisting with the revenue creation and collection function for customers and providing reporting Figures and key analytics to senior management.

**Key responsibilities of the Sales Ledger Clerk**:

- Assisting with the revenue creation and collection function.
- Managing the Sales Ledger.
- Reporting Figures and providing key analytics to senior management.
- Assisting with high volume of face-to-face interactions with customers.
- Prioritising collection of revenue, issuing instalment plans and minimising risk to maximise cash flow for the business.
- Working within set criteria and escalating to the line manager when necessary.
- Advising and assisting customers with queries.
- Managing and expanding key relationships with representatives.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with all internal colleagues.

**About you as the Sales Ledger Clerk**:

- Proven high level communication skills
- Experience of using CRM and accounting database desirable.
- Understanding of Microsoft office systems and basic level competencies
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Versatile and flexible to adapt to new tasks.
- Calm and composed approach to maintain positive approach in high stress environments.

Please note - this is an office based position.
