**Store: Specsavers Leicester**

**Hours: Full Time (weekend working is essential)**

**Benefits: Discretionary Bonus and Specsavers Perks after probation (3 months)**

**Salary: National minimum wage reviewed after 3 months**

**_ Previous call centre or reception experience is required_**

**_ Previous Optical knowledge is desireable but not essential._**

At Specsavers, our Call Centre Assistants are essential in shaping the beginning of our Customer’s journey - **this is not your average call centre job** We’re looking for someone with experience in customer service with strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach & a willingness to help -** a friendly, polite and professional approach is essential.**

Joining our team, you’ll make sure every customer receives a great experience from the get go, creating a positive impression at every opportunity.
- Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner
- Transferring calls efficiently
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments
