Admin Assistant

Established for over 30 years, our client offers in-store fixtures and promotions direct to the end users as well as trade; offering in-house design, production and manufacturing all under one roof.
They are currently looking for an Admin Assistant, to support the Brand Development Manager.
Job Role
Liaising with clients when required
Arranging for samples/prototypes to go to and from clients
Set up meetings with clients/suppliers
Managing diary – who is in when and where and client meetings
Raising quotes and invoices
Tracking quotes and invoices
Attend client meetings and take notes
Raising briefing sheets
Raising amended briefing sheets
Track internal processes – designs, artworks, and client approvals – update Monday.com
Keep internal systems updated and amend/updated when needed
Keep invoicing sheet updated
Credit checking potential new suppliers and arranging forms to be completed
Provide info to clients when other members of the team are on annual leave.
Deal with suppliers for updates
Raise purchase orders when needed
Book logistics – into stores/warehouses
Making labels and delivery notes
Liaise with goods in regarding movements internally and coming in from suppliers
