- Provide the technical direction for the build, delivery and maintenance of world class secure platforms.
- Be hands-on in all aspects of the design, build, deployment and support of customer facing systems.
- Employ and adapt industry-leading techniques and best practices to suit customer challenges.
- Work within existing monitoring, observability and security frameworks to achieve our customer’s requirements.

**What you'll bring**:

- Have experience integrating systems, networks or software in on-premises environments, with deep expertise in one or more of the following:

- Server hardware specification & deployment
- Hypervisor technology design, deployment & upgrade
- Windows and Linux OS deployment, configuration, upgrade and migration
- Implementation of hardened build standards and use of scanning tools
- Database deployment, upgrade and migration
- PKI infrastructure design, build and deployment
- IP Networking
- Contribute to a high-performance culture, empowering others through coaching and development using modern software development methodologies.
- Deliver, coordinate and prioritise activities, responding positively to challenges, using your technical expertise to support you and those around you.

**You may also**:

- Be experienced in providing 3rd line support to production environments
- Have experience writing design documents, build guides and operation procedures, sharing knowledge and enabling 1st and 2nd line support teams to operate independently
- Be passionate about automation, striving to identify where complex and repetitive tasks can be simplified, improving overall team velocity
