Communications Administrator Apprentice, NHS, Bristol, £22816 + excellent NHS benefits, 18 months fixed-term to start September 2023.

An Apprentice Communications Administrator is required by one of the UK’s largest NHS Hospital Trusts for 18 months fixed-term.

Based at Southmead Hospital with a basic of £22816 + excellent NHS benefits, you will support the Communications Team to ensure effective communications and engagement with our internal and external audiences.

The Communications Administrator Apprentice position is a fantastic opportunity to:

- Assist and support the Communications Team as required in the provision of a quality administrative focused service.
- Gain experience of working in a busy communications department.
- Contribute to our internal and external platforms.
- Support our social media and photography projects.
- Assist with printing and distribution of branded communication materials internally.
- Complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. Learning takes place at work You are not required to complete any work at home, or in your own time - this is a ‘work-based’ apprenticeship.
- You will attend one classroom session in our dedicated Learning & Research Building once a month with our amazing trainers.
- You will have work-based assignments to complete at work some months.
- You will be in a group of between seven and 12 other apprentices, from across the Trust. The intimate group size allows for focused learning and support.

**The successful Communications Administrator Apprentice will**:

- Be comfortable with dealing with different levels of staff/colleague enquiries with a strong customer focus.
- Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach in line with the changing nature of the role.
- Be well organised and keen to learn/ability to use initiative.
- Be able and willing to follow instruction and learn new tasks.
- Have experience of working on your own projects and as part of a team.
