**Salary**: £12.83 per hour, £24,700 - average £28,000 + £4k sleep in plus welcome bonus of up to £350 plus enhanced overtime rate

**Location**: Working in our residential children’s home in Darlington.

**Hours**: 37 hours per week (Full time).

**The role**:
We are keen to recruit someone with experience of working with young people in a residential setting. A level 3 diploma in Children and Young People is desirable however if this is not a qualification you currently hold you will be fully supported to achieve this.
