**Manchester Staff** is delighted to be looking for an IT enthusiast with support experience to join their clients continually growing business. This is a unique opportunity within a unique business that operates in the luxury goods market.Our clients work with some of the wealthiest individuals in the world all from their stunning office and facilities in South Manchester.
- **The Job**_
- Managing the Bespoke Software System and liaising with their external development company to ensure that delivery is on-time and to an adequate quality.
- Performing UAT and UI testing on the system as required. Providing adequate feedback to enable quick correction.
- Providing first-line support to all departments for technology-related issues, reacting with urgency and professionalism.
- Staying up to date with the larger digital strategy of the company, driving improvement and helping the business move to cloud-based storage and access.
- Installing and configuring hardware with mínimal disruption to the teams.
- Digital procurement with guidance from the Projects Director and Managing Director.
- Database administration.
- To embrace the Company values and incorporate them into daily activity.
- Working to continuously develop the company brand.

**Desired Experience**
- Software Project management.
- 1st line support.
- MS Office experience - troubleshooting and fixes.
- Microsoft Azure.
- Cloud migration and management - potentially Azure AVD.
- Hardware installation and configuration.
- Digital procurement.
- Telephony, specifically BT & Webex Phone system.
- Database administration.
- Experience/Knowledge of PHP, React, JavaScript & SQL beneficial.
- Knowledge of Xero beneficial.
- Suite CRM experience beneficial.
