Soltech IT provides a comprehensive range of IT services and hands-on ICT / computing support to over 700 business and education (primary schools) clients across the South West of England. We put the needs of our clients first, taking care of all of their technology needs.

We are looking to recruit a local person in a Finance & Admin Assistant role. This person will provide financial & administrative assistance directly to our Finance Manager to meet the financial obligations and objectives of the business.

Key responsibilities and requirements will include:

- Raising sales invoices
- Processing purchase invoices
- Checking / matching client payments
- Dealing with customer queries with a high degree of care and ownership
- Credit control
- General administration duties
- You should have an eye for detail, along with being efficient and organised
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Previous experience of QuickBooks (training provided as required) or similar accounts system like Sage would be beneficial

In return, we offer a starting salary of £24.000.

Benefits include a company pension, company bonus scheme, free on-site parking, 20 days holiday, plus additional holiday during the Christmas / New Year period.
