**12 Month Contract Maternity Cover** **To start in December**
**Remote role - with regular travel to sites in and around Essex**
This role will be a 12-month temporary contract with the possibility to extend. To work collaboratively across the company to support managers and their deputies to deliver a quality focused service which meets and exceeds the needs of our customers andregulators.
The role will support managers in maintaining a standardised approach to CQC readiness and compliance through the use of Quality and Compliance systems.
Job Role
The role requires you to support teams across the company to demonstrate the principles of good governance to meet regulatory requirements through the use of Quality and Compliance systems. You will be required to understand the new CQC Inspection Process,Regulations and Enforcement guidelines.
Using the compliance system, you will record and report on governance and quality across the organisation and support with the preparation and reporting of auditing.
You will also support with contract monitoring requirements from Local Authorities, CQC notifications regarding service changes, on call rotas, complaints, compliments, safeguarding recording processes and maintaining an oversight on the Compliance system.
**Requirements**:
- GCSE level including Mathematics & English or equivalent qualifications / experience.
- Fully computer literate with a good working knowledge of word processing, databases, spreadsheets and computerised systems.
- Ability to work with initiative within the boundaries of the role and can adapt well to changing work priorities. Is keen to ensure tasks are picked up and actioned and does not wait for work to be allocated.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with ability to independently produce neat and accurate documentation.
- Ideally a car driver with vehicle available to use for work as there will be a requirement to visit services.
- A good understanding of Governance and Quality.
