Premier Education are working collaboratively with primary schools to deliver exceptional Wraparound provision that is innovative, inspiring and above all a safe environment for all in our care.

Our clubs are designed to function as a ‘pause point’ that concludes the school day.

Sessions vary daily and include a range of indoor and outdoor activities as well as ‘quiet time’ when children can do homework or read if they wish.

We encourage all children to participate in some physical activity. These activities are inclusive - not just for sporty children - and aim to keep them active through play.

This improves social skills, self-esteem, balance, coordination, and wellbeing.

**Main Purpose of Job**:Provide high quality childcare for families from the local communities. Oversee the operation of the wraparound care venue to the highest standards.

**Responsible for**: Wraparound care venue, play workers and all children.

**Main Tasks of Job**:
1) To be responsible for and to oversee the day to day management, staffing, organisation and smooth running of the wraparound care venue

2) To continue the ethos of Premier-education wraparound care and to create a welcoming and friendly environment, this to also fall inline with the school ethos and procedures

3) Contribute to the strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation and development of the venue

4) Responsible at all times for high standards of care and education of children between 4 and 12 years in accordance with statutory requirements Including the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.

5) Ensure all records are accurately maintained and in line with procedure.

6) Accountable and responsible for the day to day financial systems. Including ordering and maintaining equipment and resources

7) Monitor and identify staff training needs and facilitate training opportunities.

8) Contribute to and lead the team effort.

9) Oversee the safety of all children, monitor and supervise participants and administer first aid in the event of illness or injury as necessary and report through the correct channels

10) Communicate effectively with all designated schools as an advocate for Premier-Education and their values

11) Liaising with all employees, children, parents and families to ensure that the above tasks are completed efficiently.

**Rota**:
7:30 am - 9 am Monday to Friday (1.5 hours per day)

2 pm - 6 pm Monday to Friday (4 hours per day)

Hours per week: 27.5, overtime available.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 27.5 - 30 per week
