Tasks- Lead and supervise a team of play workers in delivering high-quality play activities.
- Plan and organize play sessions, ensuring that they are engaging, educational, and inclusive for children.
- Develop and implement play-based programs that promote physical, social, and cognitive development of children.
- Create a safe and stimulating play environment for children, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Monitor and assess the progress and well-being of children during play sessions, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children in a primary education setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of play workers
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
