**Details**:

- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - part time options can be discussed
- Based in Darlington
- Salary £21,000 per annum (FTE)
- 28 days’ holiday per year including bank holidays
- 3-month probation period

**Qualifications required**:

- GCSE Maths & English
- Competent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- CIPD Level 3 Qualification (desired)
- Fluent in English

**Experience desired**:

- Preferable experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written, oral communication and people skills
- Ability to use initiative, be forward thinking and manage own workload when given autonomy
- Ability to access and pass information to other staff and log accurately the information onto working documents and systems
- Flexible approach to working and ability to deal with changing demands in a shifting environment
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of a task and see it through to the point of conclusion, identifying and addressing issues in an effective and time
- efficient manner

**Direct Reports**:

- Managing Director

**Responsibilities**:

- General administration duties
- Scanning and filing personnel documentation
- Under the instruction of the HR officers, preparing letters, documents and templates to be reviewed by HR officers then sent out
- Populating and issuing HR documentation such as offer letters, new starter information, and contracts via DocuSign
- Ensuring DocuSign completed documents are saved under client folders
- Add new starters onto client training site (where applicable)
- Note taking during meetings and/or transcribing audio recordings from meetings
- Set up remote drive space access for clients to access their personnel folders
- Review and updating of policies and procedures to establish and maintain compliance with employment legislation
- Fielding calls from clients and passing messages to Officers
- Attend weekly strategy meetings
- Take meeting notes in grievances/disciplinaries and the appropriate processing/typing of notes afterwards
- Proactive account management - calling clients to arrange annual reviews or quarterly check ins
- Initial contact with pipeline list to arrange meetings
- Build prospective client database with contact details of decision makers
- Management of diaries to arrange client meetings
- Assist with marketing to include writing blogs, newsletters, promoting and assisting with events.
- Be a brand ambassador for the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Darlington, DL1 1GL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD Level 3 (preferred)
