The role ensures an element of monitoring of the OPAS/GT Occupational Health system; tracking Occupational Health & Wellbeing referrals, appointments and reports to ensure timely support from the HR team. The role will include the taking of notes as requested in investigatory meetings including the provision of administrative support for the Policy Review Group meeting including notetaking at meetings. The role will enable the postholder to obtain and maintain a good working knowledge of the Trusts HR policies and procedures in order to advise managers both face-to-face and virtually in response to requests for information. The role will allow the postholder to have management of their own HR caseload providing generalist advice to managers
