Job Title: IRM Compliance Management and Assurance

Location: London (Hybrid)

Contract Length: 12 months

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Advantage Resourcing are working in partnership with a multinational energy company who are currently recruiting for a IRM Compliance Management and Assurance to join their organisation.
- Provide compliance & assurance on the effectiveness of ITGC Controls
- Actively coordinate and manage the results with the owners and operators to ensure timely gap closure.
- Actively coordinate with Line Control Owners, Operators and other IRM functionaries to meet Compliance requirements arising from Assurance testing, Internal and external audit findings
- Handle and coordinate the Finding to ensure timely and adequate remediation by the Finding Owner, by evaluating the remediation of the Finding
- Deliver test results through planning, scheduling, testing, and conducting Compliance Focus Reviews of design and operating effectiveness of ITGC and provide findings declaration.
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvements and sets up project to implement these opportunities
- External audit user access management (RDS)

**Skills required**:

- Lead team in data quality effort for compliance data and coordinate enhancements:

- Identify Key Data fields on Collective that impact Assurance processes and run periodic checks for data quality
- Identify tooling enhancement opportunities and prioritize on behalf of Compliance
- Provide reporting of control monitoring results and deficiency analysis to ensure accuracy and proactive identification and notification of unmitigated risks to management.
- Provide external audit coordination - ensure global administrative process is in place and carried out for audit staff access to the systems.
- Provide Change Management Process for Controls in Collective (i.e., receive requests for changes, review and ensure they have been properly approved and then input changes).
- Provide data quality review for compliance data and coordinate enhancements (i.e., analyse enhancement requests and prioritize considering budget) on behalf of Compliance.
- Assist in compilation of Quarterly sign-off in Collective for IRM - set up sign-off records, etc. Also, assist in compilation of control status sign-off slides for all businesses / functions.
- Assist with Group IT Quarterly sign-off by compiling sign-off slides.
- Assist in development of common themes from deficiencies identified in monitoring for report out to business / function / ITE Functional Assurance Committees.
