Kirkby in Ashfield, United Kingdom Ideal Distribution Full time

**Hours**: 25 hours per week. Monday-Friday 9:15am to 2:45pm (30 minute lunch break). Hours may be negotiable.

**Rate of Pay**: £12 per hour

**Location**: Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 7JR

**Holidays**: 28 days including statutory bank holidays

**Duties**:

- **Answering telephone calls**:

- **Greeting visitors**:

- **General admin duties such as filing**:

- **Chasing customer payment prior to deliveries leaving the warehouse**:

- **Liaising with customers over order amendments, delivery details, confirmations etc**:

- **Organising/raising supplier purchase orders to fulfil customer sales orders**:

- **Working closely with the in-house Sales team to assist with adhoc customer issues**:

- **Quoting customer projects (full training will be given)**:

- **Any other duties deemed relatable to the smooth running of a busy Sales Office**

**Requirements**:
