**Principle / Associate ESG Advisory Consultant**
**Location**: London
**Principal Salary**: Up to £65k (Depending on experience)
**Associate Salary**: Up to £75k (Depending on experience)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Developing ESG strategies for businesses, development activities, and real estate portfolios
- Supporting clients on implementation of ESG strategies across their operations
- Supporting and developing sustainability services, including corporate ESG strategies, bespoke sustainable development and asset management frameworks, carbon footprinting and Science Based Targets, net-zero carbon corporate roadmaps, and climate change risk assessments
- Working with a wide range of clients across a range of built environment sectors, including investors, developers, landlords, and designers
- Assume greater levels of responsibility and autonomy over time as we support the development of your professional skills, including professional chartership
**Key Skills**:
- Educated to Masters level in Engineering or the Built Environment
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of building physics, particularly in relation to heat transfer, energy, thermal comfort and natural ventilation
- Working knowledge of climate-based daylighting analysis, operational energy calculation using TM54, sustainability rating tools such as BREEAM and life cycle carbon costing
- Knowledge and experience of relevant ESG frameworks, including UN SDGs, UN PRI, Greenhouse Gas Protocol, Science-Based Targets, TCFD, CDP, GRESB
- Understanding of Parametric Modelling Techniques (Grasshopper or Dynamo), or at least one modern programming language (e.g. Python, C#, VB)
- Organised and methodical in your approach to managing your tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and verbally, with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborative in nature, able to empathise with clients' needs and utilise excellent communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude, using your initiative to overcome challenges
- Passionate about sustainable design
