**Robertson Recruitment **is recruiting for a leading supply chain partner for business, providing supply chain solutions up and down the country in Harlow, Essex.

We are currently looking for driven, agile and energetic **Warehouse Admin** to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

**Warehouse Admin Duties will include**:

- Ensuring all products are tracked through the network back to the hub and then processed in a timely manner, accounted for and correctly scanned and booked onto the system
- Conducting stock investigations of both physical stock holding and system balances
- Produce manifests for all outgoing products
- Have accountability for an accurate stock file ensuring perpetual inventory and other stock counts are carried out in a timely manner and all issues arising are acted upon
- Ensure department operates in line with all company and customer procedures and requirements relating to Health and Safety
- To be an active part of a proactive, flexible and fast paced team
- Ad Hoc administration duties

**Warehouse Admin the person**:

- Works well under tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail and a right first-time approach
- Energetic, resilient, and flexible
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office programs
- Effective communication skills at all levels of internal & external customers
- Able to work shift work, including weekend working will be required.
- Knowledge of working with a Warehouse Management System

- Day shift 6am - 2pm
- 5 out of 7 days (including weekends)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
