Job Title: Warehouse Admin Team Supervisor

Location: Harlow

Pay: £32k - £35k per year / Permanent

Hours: 8.30am - 5pm / Monday to Friday

Operating within a busy Warehouse office environment, you will ensure the timely and cost-efficient dispatch of all orders.

Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you will schedule all inbound stock being delivered via road and sea freight. You will also supervise the Warehouse Admin team in their day-to-day duties.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and schedule the inbound bookings from suppliers and ensure the live booking spreadsheet is updated in real time.

* Ensure the warehouse management team is kept appraised of changes to inbound bookings

* Ensure accurate processing of orders waiting for picking, despatch and returns, prioritising as necessary

* Supervising a team

* Address and resolve delivery issues, delays and customer complaints

* Collaborate with the sales desk, supply chain and warehouse to optimise the logistic operations

* Lead and supervise the warehouse administrative team

* Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and a can do approach

* Maintain a high level of customer service

* Order processing

Skills Required:

* Strong attention to detail

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

* Proficient in using logistics software, warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS office applications.

* Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions

* Strong problem solving skills

* Detail - orientated with a focus of accuracy and efficiency

* 2 years experience in a warehouse / admin transport office supervisory position
