**The Role**
Major Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Administratorbased with our client close to East Midlands Airport. This role is a permanent position with a 3-month probationary period working via Major Recruitment Ltd.
This is a busy, varied, and fast paced office-based role. The duties of the role are as follows: -- Bookkeeping
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Raising and processing invoices on Xero
- Use of Microsoft Excel to update job tracker details
- Credit control including credit checks and chasing payments
- Organising shipping of products
- Updating data base
- Processing order and design requests
- Typing up customer quotations
- General administration
**The Hours**
40 hours per week office based - **(not working from home)**
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm (lunch hour paid)
**Your Profile**
In order to be considered for this position you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role with accounts administrator experience and have extensive experience of Microsoft packages as well as CRM databases - if you have XERO experience,this is a great advantage but not essential
You will be a strong communicator with a bright and enthusiastic work ethic as well as a professional face of the business exterior.
You will have an "all hands on deck attitude" to work as this is a small office / production environment
You will ideally be **immediately available** to start
**The Salary**
£10.41 per hour + Holiday Pay
£22,000 after successful probation
