**Salary**: Starting at £22,308 per annum and raising to £24,823 per annum after completion of probation with additional monthly bonus of up to £150
**Working Hours**:
Monday - Thursday: 09:00 - 17:30 (1-hour lunch break)
Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 (30-minute lunch break)
**About the Role**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Accounts Department for an Accounts Administrator. This role is perfect for someone looking for a career in finance and administration. No previous experience is required as full on-the-job training will be provided. However, a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook is highly desirable.
**Responsibilities**:
- This role is part of a small team, so you will also need high levels of personal motivation and resilience partnered with a personable and approachable personality that supports the team.
- Cancellations of alarm systems on Sentinel and with suppliers.
- Raising manual invoices and credit notes in Sage.
- Maintaining customer records on Sage, Sentinel.
- Price amendments for existing customers if they receive new quotes.
- Running reports for installers/departments and adding relevant charges to billing and for audits within our department.
- Performing any other reasonable tasks as needed
**Skills/Attributes/Experience**:
- Experience in administration is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills; comfortable speaking to customers.
- High level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
- Team player who shows initiative.
