Key Responsibilities
? Meeting and greeting, ensuring a personal, friendly experience
? Administrative support, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, maintaining filing system, mailing and shipping packages, and updating contact database and employee list
? Manage and administer all aspects of any workstation moves and planning within the office
? Ordering of stationary, office equipment
? Ordering of food for meetings
Desired:
? Administrative/hospitality experience
? Superb written and verbal communication skills
? Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
? Proficient in Microsoft Office
? Solid interpersonal skills
Hours of work are full time Monday - Friday.
