The Finance Administrator will be responsible for various weekly and month end reporting functions by incorporating their knowledge and skills that are necessary for attainment of the goals of the business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Reconciliation and payment of weekly / monthly expenses
- Reconciliation of monthly bank statements
- Monthly VAT returns using Redsky Summit
- HMRC Payments
- Month end reporting
- Understanding of data inputting for each ledger
- Responsible for monthly Barclaycard costing
- Responsible for Sales ledger for Customer Care department
- Understanding of Subcontractor CIS
- Helping with cover within the Accounts department
- **Payroll experience would be desirable**
