Business Assistant

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
2. Managing client communications, inquiries, and feedback.
3. Assisting with procurement of supplies and equipment for maintenance projects.
4. Handling administrative tasks such as invoicing, billing, and record-keeping.
5. Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
6. Assisting in the development of marketing materials and promotional strategies.
7. Supporting team members with project planning and execution.
8. Liaising with contractors, vendors, and government agencies as needed.
9. Organizing and attending meetings, quotes, and following up on action items.
10. Performing clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
These tasks encompass the essential responsibilities of a Business Assistant, ensuring efficient operation and management of both administrative and operational aspects of the business.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
