**The main purpose of the role**:
As our Sales Ledger and Revenue Assistant you will play a crucial role in the seamless processing of invoices and financial transactions across our group. Your responsibilities will include efficiently managing bulk invoices on a daily basis and ensuring timely submission of proforma invoices using appropriate templates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the bulk processing of invoices daily across the group
- Assist with proforma invoices being sent using the appropriate templates for 28-day of submissions
- Assist with downloading reports for AS from workbooks. Information then to be sent to the Philippines Credit Control team
- Produce invoices, statement and credit notes for clients
- Provide administrative support to the wider finance team
- Use a variety of financial systems to monitor debt paid, update client records and produce reports
- Create and uphold payment procedures and policies to ensure timely payment
- When required, liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
- Any other adhoc duties dependent on business needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
