**As the Business Support Assistant, your role is varied, supporting different business areas across the company. Your role is to provide support on a day-to-day basis delivering efficient administrative assistance that aids the smooth running of the Office and Operational function. You will work closely with the Business Admin Assistant and Executive Support Assistant providing cover for them as necessary.**

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
**General/Operations**
- Supplier liaison / management: cleaners, stationery, couriers, RnD, etc.
- Troubleshoot across the business; subscription changes (Adobe, Incopy etc), equipment replacements, ordering exhibition equipment etc.
- Resolving IT related issues i.e. broken laptops, mobile phones etc.
- Working with the Business Admin Assistant in organising the ordering and collection of IT equipment for joiners and leavers.
- First point of contact for Kanda main phoneline; screening and fielding calls to appropriate individuals
- Undertaking ad-hoc tasks as and when they arise such as electrician visits, sourcing, and ordering of office equipment etc.
- Database management and maintenance - suppliers, subscriptions, IT asset list, client list
- Working with relevant project lead to facilitate IT projects as required such as MDM roll out, printer upgrade, software updates, PAT testing.
- Cover for Business Admin Assistant when necessary
- Responding to ad-hoc requests from the business
- Providing support relating to events management (internal and corporate) and Kanda credentials.
- Ordering kitchen supplies, tea, coffee milk etc, and nibbles for elevenses

**Office Management**
- Maintenance of general office environment - kitchen, desk area, printer area, alleyway.
- Liaison with Paul Street reception regarding fire drills, lift, rubbish collection etc.
- Meeting room management: ensuring the rooms are clean, tidy and client presentable; management of meeting room bookings
- Supporting Health and Safety across the business i.e. first aiders, fire wardens

**Client Related**
- Assisting Executive Support Assistant with new project set up (codes, folders, invoice templates) and assist with invoicing as required.
- Help with preparation of engagement letters and terms and conditions for relevant Directors / Associate

**Credit Card and Expenses**
- Credit card management - recording monthly purchases and reconciling at month end
- Team Expenses - Ensuring team expenses are submitted to Finance in a timely fashion - reviewing and flag any items that are not compliant with the guidelines
- External invoices - liaise with Finance for them to be paid

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
