We’re an award-winning heating services provider and we’re looking for an exceptional Customer Care & Office Admin Assistant to join our friendly team at our new offices close to leafy Crystal Palace Park in South London. This is a full-time office role that requires organisational skills, with a great customer care persona and excellent telephone manner.
Excellent computer & Microsoft Office skills is a must. We are looking for someone who is motivated and pro-active in supporting our daily office operations. Excellent communication skills are essential.
**Essential requirements**:
- Computer literate with experience on Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience in customer service administration preferable
- Experienced with working in an office environment
- Dedicated in Business Admin & Customer Care, with a strong desire to help people
- Proactive & keen to learn and support with customer care, office administration, & handling of day-to-day admin duties
- Professional, punctual, courteous and presentable
- Excellent telephone manner & communication skills
- Computer savvy and skilled with Microsoft Office skills
- Comfortable with using project management software for bookings and data entry (training will be provided)
- A focused, motivated individual with a "can do" attitude
- Organised with great attention to detail
- Professional & with personal integrity

**The role**:
- Successfully book appointments with customers by building value on our company while ensuring confidence in our brand
- Support the Customer Care & Office Manager with the company's daily operations
- Support with all service, repair and maintenance bookings
- Using our project management software for data entry, bookings, and other processes required for our daily operations
- Support the Customer Care & Office Manager with purchase orders (receipting and reconciliation) and supplier accounts
- General office administration and handling of day-to-day admin duties
- Managing customer Invoices & payments (inc. billing, facilitating customer payments, expenses tracking, etc..)
- Supporting the onsite engineering teams with bookings information
**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
