Role OverviewThis role is a great opportunity for you to join our team and make a real difference in people's lives. As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to our customers in their own homes, supporting them with daily tasks and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care duties, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication as required
- Assist with household chores, such as cleaning and laundry
- Prepare meals and snacks for our customers
- Accompany customers on outings and social events
- Offer companionship and emotional support to our customers
We want to recruit caring and compassionate individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care. You will need to have a full and valid UK driving licence, access to a car, and the right to work in the UK. Excellent communication skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with our customers and their families.
