About the Job

The Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator will be responsible for assisting the TA team by carrying out the below responsibilities and contributing to special projects as assigned. The role will provide an opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, while being supported by a team. This is a 12 month FTC.

Main Accountabilities:

- Develop a working knowledge of Talent Acquisition
- Support the Talent Acquisition Team with all administrative duties in relation to the recruitment life cycle.
- Contribute to the maintenance of Talent Acquisition systems
- Support on organisation of Talent Acquisition events - graduates careers fairs etc
- Support on interview scheduling where applicable
- Generation of employment contracts
- First PoC for all external contacts
- Assist with special projects and other duties as directed
- Any other ad hoc duties
