This is an ideal opportunity for an organized and motivated administrator to join a well-established, friendly, and experienced Administration team. Working directly with a multidisciplinary team you will be responsible for providing the administration support required to organize and coordinate the Wessex spinal regional network and assist with the day-to-day operational pressures of the Wessex Spinal Service. You will be working closely with the Spinal Manager; the Clinical Network and Governance leads and the Network partners. Providing them with administrative support and liaising with other centres across the region ensuring information is collated, shared and presented in a professional format.

You will be a central point of contact for all stakeholders within the spinal network. You will co-ordinate regular regional and local service, Governance and Board meetings. You will have the ability to take accurate minutes. You will also be responsible for the collation and monitoring of data across the Network and will oversee the compliance of the British Spinal Registry for the Wessex Spinal Service.

You will oversee the management of the Wessex Spinal Service administration team to ensure we provide a comprehensive administration service to our service users. You will be required to deputise for the Access Manager and Operational Supervisor, supporting the RTT Analyst with the validation and monitoring of all patient pathways and attend and actively contribute to the meetings associated to these roles. Provide support and guidance in the day-to-day operational challenges
