We are looking for a blood marrow transplant coordinator clinical nurse specialist. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced haematology/BMT nurse to join the specialist nursing team working in the Wessex regional blood and marrow transplant unit based in University Hospitals Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. The Wessex blood and marrow transplant unit in Southampton provides regional services the patient is requiring blood and marrow transplantation for a wide range of haematological conditions.

The unit performs over 180 transplants per year. It has some of the best outcomes in the UK and in Europe. Patients are referred from throughout the Wessex region including the channel Islands. Our specialist nursing team consists of lead nurse for bone marrow transplant in cellular therapy, clinical nurse specialists BMT, allogeneic and autologous specialist nurse transplant coordinators and administrative care coordinators.
