**Key accountabilities**

Our Warehouse Operations are the vital in exceeding our customer’s requirements and ensure our hubs are thriving work environments.

Our Warehouse Supervisors lead from the front and are very hands on when it comes to people management. Without their industry knowledge, leadership skills and passion for people development, we would not be the successful business we are today.

**Skills & experience**
- A natural leader and motivator of people and teams, with experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or similar role in Supply Chain or similar industry is desirable.
- Ideally have licences and experience of MHE (VNA, Reach, Counter Balance, LLOP).
- Have previous experience of working in and enjoy fast-paced customer driven warehouse environments.
- Must be well organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of IT and systems, and a keen eye for detail.
- People focused, with an ability to develop themselves and others professionally within a distribution environment.
- Previous use of Warehouse Management Systems would be advantageous.
- Happy to work in a physically demanding role.
