**Head of PMO and Assurance**
£110,000 to £125,000 plus excellent benefits, including up to 10% employer pension contributions, private healthcare, an annual incentive scheme (bonus based on personal and business performance) and a company car or £8,000 car allowance (Work Level 3)

We’re looking for a Group Head of PMO and Assurance for transformation to join us and oversee the delivery of exciting and high-profile programmes across Co-op. We’re always looking to help the communities we serve; making investments across all our business areas to benefit our customers, colleagues, and members. As a Head of our PMO and Assurance for Transformation, we’ll look to you to help oversee these investments and transformation projects, in excess of £100m, making sure they’re delivered successfully.

**What you’ll do**
- Be responsible for the strategic management and delivery of change across the business including Food, Funeral Care, Legal Services and Insurance
- Prioritise and plan change programmes that are aligned to our wider business objectives and strategic plan
- Develop an in-depth understanding of each business area and how prepared and adaptable they are to potential change(s)
- Work collaboratively alongside our programme and project managers and our PMO teams to lead, develop and successfully deliver transformation projects
- Coordinate the creation of detailed plans and performance reports to make sure we’re delivering change effectively
- Lead a team of colleagues responsible for managing organisational risks

**This role would suit people who have**
- Significant experience managing a substantial change portfolio within a large organisation, and leading a central group portfolio tool
- Experience leading agile, multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver change and transformation projects
- Strong numeracy and finance skills, and a high level of commercial awareness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and challenge people inclusively
