They are currently looking to recruit a Learner Recruitment Coordinator for their site in Watford. Working hours will be from 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm.Full Time role. 37.5 hours per week
- **Purpose of Job**

**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Understand all apprenticeship standards client can deliver
- Generating Apprenticeship opportunities with our existing clients for new vacancies and existing staff
- Ensure clients are aware of incentives and funding requirements for apprenticeships
- Delivering first Class customer service to our Employers and clients
- Supporting colleagues and working within the broader employer engagement team
- Building effective relationships with external organisations including Build relationships including DWP, the LEP, Growth Hubs, Chambers of Commerce, ESFA and other agencies that interact with SME employers within Essex including employer, youth and adult representative organisations, Thurrock Unitary Authority and other strategic partners
- Responding to seasonal trends and be able to forecast recruitment drives
- Building relationships with Employers and agencies
- Working with our partners to share best recruitment practices for clients
- Meeting all KPIs as set by your Line Manager
- Keeping abreast of all future recruitment and Skills Initiatives and maintaining market awareness
- Gain local knowledge from internal colleagues and external partners as to potential training and engagement opportunities, including working with EDOs in order to support new companies coming into the area which may generate opportunities for On Track/client services
- Recording and updating information onto databases and the agreed CRM in line with company processes and procedures
- To actively promote Health & Safety and the Equality & Diversity agendas in the workplace and in service delivery
- To participate in training and workforce development activity as required
- Adhoc duties as requested by the Relationship Manager

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Experience in Recruitment Practice and Services
- Sales experience
- Tele-Sales and Cold Calling
- Highly developed interpersonal skills particularly presentation skills, negotiation and influencing skills and written communication

Flexible with the ability to respond quickly and positively to changes
- Strong Attention to detail
- Target Driven with a proven track record of delivering targets whilst responding to tight deadlines and multiple pressures
- Market Awareness within the employment and skills sector
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently
- Car Owner/driver desirable

Any other duty which, from time to time, may reasonably be required to meet the needs of client.

**Note**: These duties are a guide to the work the post holder will initially be required to undertake. Amendments may be made from time to time as the role evolves and to meet changing circumstances and these do not form part of the contract of employment.

**Enhanced CRB checks will be a requirement for this position.**
