They are currently looking to recruit a MIS Officer for their site in Watford. Working hours will be from 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm.Full Time role. 37.5 hours per week
- My client is looking for an experienced MIS Officer to really take the lead on our systems and work with our teams to make sure they have the data they need.

Your job is to make sure that our systems, information, and data are maintained and to work with teams to support them in collating information including analysis of data.

**Qualifications**:

- Level 2 Functional Skills qualifications or equivalent in ICT
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths at grade C or above, essential

**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**

**Awarding bodies**
- Register learners for their qualification
- Book exams including end-point assessment exams
- Submit requests for learner reasonable adjustments / special considerations where approved by the Quality Manager or Director
- Submit learner certificate claims
- Check paper certificates as they arrive to the office and post out
- Take queries
- Keep our apprenticeship end-point assessment platforms updated such as adding and submitting learners
- Submit paperwork for external verification
- Process learner withdrawals for TQUK, NCFE and Skillsfirst
- Undertake BCS invigilation
- Run reports ad hoc
- Prepare reports as requested by leaders and managers
- Maintain awarding body portals for example keeping staff details up-to-date

**BKSB**
- Create staff accounts and send them login information

**Bids**
- Register to tender portals
- Checking through Business Development inbox and notify relevant staff

**FindALearningAim**
- Check funding for qualification aims monthly

**MyConcern**
- Occasionally add learners to the system
- Run and check reports as required

**OFSTED**
- Check provisional QAR results three times per year and report of these
- Send out QAR data throughout the year
- Prepare the company’s self-assessment data as required

**OneFile (e-portfilio)**
- Create staff accounts and always keep them maintained
- Create EQA accounts as required
- Reassign Learning Coaches, IQA’s, EQA’s as required
- Delete learners as required
- Archive learners as required
- Act as OneFile account manager
- Respond to internal queries
- Maintain the backend system to ensure is it current and provides what is needed

**PICS (CRM system)**
- Create and maintain staff accounts
- Pull ad hoc reports for staff
- Set up scheduled reports
- Create forms on FCA and maintenance
- Backend maintenance
- PICSWeb - WebForm creating and maintenance
- Respond to internal queries

**Purchase orders**
- Create POs for AO invoices weekly

**SharePoint**
- Upload policies and maintain the document index
- Course Matrix maintenance

**Spreadsheets**
- General help
- Create spreadsheets with leaders and managers as required

**Surveys**
- Create surveys companywide using questions provided
- Send surveys out in DotDigital campaigns according to our external survey cycle
- Present the data in an easy-to-read format and publish to teams

**The Skills Network (EQUAL)**
- Add qualification aims to the portal
- Create staff accounts and always keep them maintained
- Create EQA accounts as required
- Reassign Tutors, IQA’s, EQA’s as required
- Delete learners as required
- Archive learners as required
- Respond to internal queries
- Maintain the backend system to ensure is it current and provides what is needed

**Contract Reports**
- Target report for NEETs contract to be run and supplied to Head of Operations on a monthly basis after upload
- Target Report for GLA AEB to be run and supplied to Head of Operations on a quarterly basis

**Misc**
- Attend relevant induction and training meetings as required including standardisation and team meetings
- Undertake regular CPD activity
