Maintenance Co-ordinator

As part of our expansion, we now have an exciting vacancy for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our Property maintenance team.

Responsibilities of the role are:

- Managing reactive maintenance works reported by tenants, landlords or property inspectors across a portfolio of apartment, houses, HMO and Student homes.
- Taking an active role in logging, progressing, and troubleshooting all maintenance works using our FixFlo system
- Management of subcontractors, in-house engineers.
- Liaising with other parties as required such as insurance companies or surveyors.
- Oversee a statutory testing routine for critical systems such as fire alarms, emergency lighting, lifts, utilities etc.
- Ensuring compliance of all properties for Gas, Electricity and EPC rating.
- Any other associated duties as may be required.
- Organisational skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- At least one years experience in a property lettings associated role

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
