**About Our Client**:
This family run business have an urgent need for an ambitious Help desk Support coordinator. The company is well established with modern office space, easy transport links from Liverpool city centre.
- Have responsibility for supporting and assisting the Helpdesk Manager, Account Manager, Operations Manager in the management of Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms, Gas Suppression,CCTV, Emergency Lights, Sprinkler, Fire Extinguisher's, Refuge Alarms along with any other product that falls within a particular contract for professional delivery of the service and maintenance agreements in line with the agreed SLA and KPI's
- Review open and uncompleted call performance daily and drive improvements and changes,
based on combined knowledge derived from a close working partnership with teams and
business colleagues.
- Responsible for the processing of orders and subsequent completion processes through CASH.
To ensure that all details and information are accurate and up to date on CASH so that
invoicing can be made by the accounts department.
- Able to address customer complainant's and stay cool and collective under pressure.
Complaints to be addressed form the initial call to the final solution.
- Supervision of all engineer's paperwork including sub-contractors to ensure accurate and
correct completion for all service and maintenance related works, including any asset
gathering process.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Previous scheduling/co ordination experience would be an advantage.
- Experience dealing with customers
- Able to Liaise with customers and engineers, planning an scheduling experience
- Able to work under pressure/ Deadlines and KPI's
- Organisation skills are key and prioritising tasks
