Just Recruitment is working with a financial services organisation based in Ipswich - they are looking to add an Administrator with financial services experience to their long standing team.
The key purpose of the role is to support the Financial Advisors with all admin based duties within a busy and well regarded organisation.
Duties include:
Preparation of files for annual reviews of client wealth - training will be provided on valuations systems.
Making appointments and providing support including paying out withdrawals and topping up pension and investment products.
Assisting with preparing letters and reports to clients using Word and learning to use the r report writing software that assists advisers and administrators in writing reports
Talking with clients to provide service and support e.g. sending valuations, handling client queries.
Working Monday to Friday - this role is office based and due to the working location - you will need to have access to your own transport.
