THE OPPORTUNITY:
An excellent opportunity has come to market for an Account Handler to join a successful and reputable commercial insurance brokerage, as part of one of their specialist teams in Bolton.
This is an exciting and challenging role for an experienced Account Handler to further develop your career in the insurance broking arena.
THE ROLE:
As Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of cross-class commercial insurance risks, looking after an existing book of clients. Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims and queries for your clients.
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times, representing the business in a highly professional manner.
- Building and retaining excellent working relationships with both clients and insurers.
- Ensuring clients receive the best possible cover to meet their insurance needs.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Proven experience of working in the commercial insurance industry as an Account Handler is a must.
- Strong knowledge across a wide range of commercial insurance risks.
- Excellent communication skills, both in a verbal and written manner.
- A keen eye for detail, with the ability to understand and assess risk.
- Be highly organised and able to manage your time efficiently and effectively.

REMUNERATION:
