**Key accountabilities**:

- Providing practical HR and employee relation advice and direction for line managers across the business
- Promoting colleague engagement and positive mind-set agenda
- Advising managers to ensure the correct procedures are followed when carrying out grievance / disciplinary / performance improvement investigations, hearings and attendance management
- Acting on relevant HR KPI information in a timely manner itemising trends and generating it in a format that is readily available for managers to review e.g. sickness absence
- Adhering to and promoting the company's core values
- Previous experience working within a similar HR role at a similar level with exposure to complex ER scenarios.
- Previous experience with Employee relations
- Minimum CIPD Level 5.
- Ambitious, with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Willingness to work flexibly and to keep knowledge and skills up to date.
- Desirable - Full driver's licence with business insurance (expenses paid for insurance where necessary).**Benefits**:
