My client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their rapidly growing and successful team in Edinburgh.

This is a permanent position which is paying a basic salary of £22,700 and the opportunity to increase this by £10K+ per annum (£32K+ OTE).

Duties;
- Consistently drive customer satisfaction through effectively matching services and products to their business needs.
- Inbound and outbound calls from workers to book their shifts while ensuring their skillset matches requirements needed.
- Enhance client relationships to support business growth while promoting nurse availability.
- Ensure all worker compliance is up to date and correct.
- Ensure professional, informative and positive relationships are created and maintained at all times.

The person;
- Experience delivering outstanding customer service with effective communication skills. (previous call centre experience will be advantageous)
- A proven track record achieving company KPIs.
- Great organisational skills with the ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure with strict deadlines.
- Be an open, honest, respectful employee who used a range of communication methods and styles to convey information.

This position works on a rotational shift patter 5 out of 7 days and includes alternative weekend, shifts can start as early as 7am and finish as late as 10pm (8 hour shift) so you need to be fully flexible to be considered for this position.
