**Job Function**

Reporting into the Planning Manager you will be the point of contact for Stand Fitting, carrying out the planning and preparation. Carrying out vital tasks and responsibilities, you will also manage the Stand Fitting Co-ordinator through their various activities.

**What will you do?**

The management and support for the Stand Fitting Co-ordinator, carrying out training whenever necessary.

The main point of contact for our sub-contracted partners ie; labour, materials, equipment, ensuring excellent relationships are maintained and a high procurement status is maintained at all times.

Raising PO’s where necessary, full reconciliation with invoices post show.

Using Clarity, complete and obtain data for each show, ensuring correct information is utilised and stock is available through type and quantities. Work closely with the Inventory Planning Manager on this task, reporting any issues.

Assist the wider Planning team where necessary with holiday/absence cover.

Offer operational support to colleagues, particularly Clarity. Ensure new staff are assisted with training as required.

Ensure correct uniform is available and quantities are ready for delivery teams.

Liaise closely with stakeholders throughout the business, including the Commercial and Financial teams and the Service Centre.

Obtain IR35 certification for suppliers as required.

Collaborating with our Transport colleagues, create quotes for requests on each event as required - working within parameters of sustainability and efficiency.

Ensure revenue data streams match at all times, liaise with stakeholders as necessary.

The Stock Price List is to be maintained at all times, updates to be shared across the business.

Using Clarity, create and raise pick lists as necessary for each event.

Be instrumental in the introduction of process and change of methods as the Planning team evolves.

Demonstrate commitment to the core values of the company.

Take a participative role in the Company’s sustainability initiative and ensure where possible your actions support the achievement of this initiative; reuse, recycle and replenish.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety, corporate, client and legislative standards across the function

**Relationships**

You will be required to develop and maintain positive and progressive working relationships both internally and externally, in order to facilitate growth and integration across the business.

**Salary**

This role offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience. We operate a reward strategy based on our team members receiving a salary that best reflects their experience and skill level.

**Hours of work**

This is a full time role based on 37.5 hours per week. You may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods in order to meet the demands of the business, including overseas travel as required.

**Annual leave**

Our holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum (plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays).
