In the Records Administrator job you will be:

- Responsible for providing support to maintain, retain and destroy Social Services records (manual & electronic)
- Ensuring policies and procedures are followed in compliance with Data Protection and internal processes to meet set objectives to provide a high quality, efficient and effective service
- Investigating and responding to both written and telephone enquiries promptly and courteously
- Carrying out an extensive range of clerical tasks including; typing, filing, data handling, inputting, scanning, creating and managing spreadsheets, reports and documentation

To be considered for the Records Administrator job you must have:

- Strong established IT skills in particular data entry and the use of databases, spreadsheet and Microsoft Office software _(essential)_
- Excellent attention to detail and with an understanding of data protection and confidentiality legislation
- Administration experience including the ability to handle various sources of data
- A resilient manor due to the sensitive nature of the requests
- Experience working within a team in an office environment
- Strong communication skills
- An understanding of the need for confidentiality

This is a full time (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday) vacancy for a temporary period of approximately 10-12 weeks which is based throughout Conwy. In return, you'll start on a salary of £10.00 p/h plus holiday pay.
