**Hours**:28 - 35 hours per week Monday - Friday. Office and Remote based (Office locations available Wrexham, Rhyl, Llandudno, Colwyn Bay, Bangor)

**Holiday Entitlement**:28 days plus Bank Holidays (pro rata)

**Job Purpose**:

- To be responsible for carrying out the daily administration duties relating to the Human Resources function of RASASCNW
- To support the Service Managers to ensure that HR activities are completed within set deadlines.
- To be responsible for carrying out the daily financial administration duties for RASASCNW
- To support Management to ensure that financial activities are completed within set deadlines.

In this newly created administrative role, you will join a respectable and fast-growing organisation. You will play a key role in developing the day-to-day function of the HR and Finance administration.

This post will require a flexible approach to working hours and the post holder will be expected to work the hours reasonably required to fulfil the duties of the post. This could include working occasional hours at the weekend as well as.

Gallai hyn gynnwys gweithio oriau achlysurol ar y penwythnos yn ogystal â mynychu cyfarfodydd a digwyddiadau gyda'r nos ac ar y penwythnos ar gyfer RASASC GC.

**Responsibilities**
- Attending and recording of interviews and communicating outcomes with applicants including exit interviews.
- Producing letters and employment documents including offer letters, employment contracts, reference letters, DBS checks and gathering new starter details.
- Acting as the point of contact for HR queries and liaising with RASASC’s HR consultant where needed.
- Ensure all HR information is updated and processed, including induction of new staff and start dates, leavers, transfers, salary changes and other changes as requested, and that this is clearly communicated with managers and staff.
- Compiling and issuing of periodic reports, e.g. monthly sickness levels report, leavers.
- Support in helping to resolve Auditor’s queries and providing information and explanation required for audit purposes.
- Feed into the monthly payroll.
- Support the preparation of year end.
- Support the Finance & HR Manager in developing efficient systems and processes.
- Assist the Finance & HR Manager in collecting and recording income and assist in the banking process.
- Process payments via our online banking system.
- Ensure all invoices and expenses are approved by the budget holder prior to processing on the accounting system.
- Assist in resolving all payment queries.
- Assist In providing references for ex-employees.
- To manage RASASC’s HR software, ensuring information is input and updated/respond to queries, training for new staff etc.
- Assist Management with new starters induction and training, liaising with the Management on training dates, booking training for new starters and monitoring completion (e.g., GPDR online training), allocating a clinical supervisor for new starters etc.
- Ensure all financial records are filed correctly.
- Maintain a good filing system of invoices and supplier records.
