We are welcoming, inclusive and dedicated children's nursery. Our ethos centres around close relationships with families and always striving to improve outcomes for children. Our small/ medium nursery has grown naturally over the past 7 years and has built a strong reputation and is a place families return to again and again. Many of our team have been with us for 5+ years and share our progressive approach to early years education.

**Working responsibilities**:

- Lead your team to create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for children of 2-5 years
- Regularly give observe, assess and feedback to upskill the team ad improve standards
- Continually monitor to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive
- Plan, oversee, and implement engaging activities that promote children's development in all areas
- Oversee a key group of children and assess the progress of each child and plan appropriate next steps
- Collaborate with parents and families to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Oversee and maintain a clean and organised classroom environment
- Adhere all policies and procedures and health and safety regulations
- Understand child development and communicating with children of different ages.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a collaborative team

**Experience**
Previous experience working with young children and a relevant Level 3 qualification or higher is essential. Previous Room Lead experience is desirable but not essential.
