Reporting to the Senior Buyer, you as a Buyer will be responsible for managing the portfolio of indirect spend.

About the job:
- Manage indirect suppliers ensuring all deliveries are on time to maintain factory operation. This includes raising purchase orders promptly and other related documentation according to company rules and purchasing procedures.- Assists buyers in pricing revisions, order cancellations, delivery date revisions, and invoice discrepancies. Manage process for waste disposal management- Contact vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery- Maintain and own the Open Order Book for indirect suppliers.- Other duties as assigned- Assist the Team in making the department the best it can be.

About you- High school diploma or equivalent- 2-3 years of similar experience- Experience of working with an MRP/ERP system- High attention to detail- Proficient in MS Office- Analytical skills- Able to work on your own or part of a team

Beneficial skills:
- Basic understanding of MRP data would be advantageous.- Strong Communication Skills
