**What’s the role?**

As the **Influencer Community Associate**, you will be identifying and building relationships with relevant influencers across multiple categories. You will assist in getting influencers registered on the app, providing support when needed and directing them to brand jobs listed. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain master influencer and talent database
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers across multiple categories and improve and expand partnerships across nano and micro creators
- Recruit, scale, and manage Influencer relationships through Sway Me Good platform
- Maintain weekly and monthly collection and reporting of influencer data tracking
- Have a constant finger-on-the pulse of influencer, celebrity, pop-culture, beauty, entertainment, lifestyle and trade news
- Report on data collection and follow up
- Support team by organizing influencer groups and updating relevant documents with up-to-date information
- Source and recruit mid to high-tier creators for influencer campaigns
- Support sales team with keeping on top latest trends within influencer marketing along with relevant competitor research
- Participate in brainstorms for new, engaging, and innovative content ideas
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 Years of proven experience in influencer marketing, paid social media, and campaign management
- A thorough understanding and passion of the social media, influencer marketing landscape and trends
- Keen eye for visual aesthetics, storytelling, and UGC
- Ability to be a self-starter, thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of key reporting and digital marketing metrics (CPM’s etc.)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Proper grammar, and writing styles strongly preferred
- Proficiency in English
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Energetic and creative
- Hard-working and team-oriented
- Ability to build rapport

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
